I know all about Hopstop, but here's a Google Map where you can click on any two points and it automatically comes up with a suggested subway route. If only it accounted for the weekly weekend construction confusion.

Seattle's got its own Google-powered transit map, Busmonster. While living there I found it a good deal better than the municipal transit site, mostly due to ease of use. It also plugs in schedules and ETA, making the often-late buses a bit less of a headache. I wonder how many more Google-powered community transit maps are out there.
