Judy's Lawyers Might Want to Go to Spin School

The NYT today:

"Other people involved in the case have said Ms. Miller did not understand that [Libby’s  two-year-old] waiver had been freely given."

Yes, it's particularly "hard to understand" when you don't ask. The NYT’s Adam Liptak  on NPR over the summer:

 "Judy and her lawyers have declined to answer the question of whether they have done anything at all to contact the source and try to obtain a satisfactory waiver."”
