Relief Orgs

A list of charities--and  two sites where  the relief organizations are rated. For what it's worth, I  give to Mercy Corps (they offer a monthly contrib plan).  They're pretty highly rated and I've had a fine experience with them. For example, they never deluged me with junk mail.
