Post-War Plan TK

My buddy John Cook finds the most substantive pages in the State Department's recently released memos about post-war plannning for Iraq:

The  pages were redacted after the fact, of course.  And the explanation for doing so is obvious: The plans must have been so advanced, so detailed, so nuanced, that releasing them  would  pose a threat to national security.
